Parking

Parking facilities are available throughout the park. Depending on your accommodation type, you can park near your accommodation or use one of the central parking areas.

By Public Transport

EuroParcs Limburg can also be reached comfortably by train and bus.

Susteren Railway Station

Susteren railway station offers direct connections to cities including Maastricht, Roermond, Sittard, and Eindhoven.

From the station, the park can easily be reached by taxi, bicycle, or local bus services.

International Accessibility

Thanks to its location close to both the Belgian and German borders, EuroParcs Limburg is easily accessible for international visitors as well.

Important Information During Your Stay

Welcome to EuroParcs Limburg! Below you will find important information to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Arrival

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM at the reception.

Barrier Access

Upon arrival, you will receive a barrier access card.

• Please wait until the barrier is fully open before driving through.
• The barriers operate with an entry and exit system. The same card cannot be used twice in succession at the same barrier.
• Always use the main entrance and exit when entering or leaving the resort by car.
• Incoming vehicle access is closed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Exiting the resort is possible at all times.
• Please respect the quiet hours of other guests.

Locking Your Accommodation

To lock your accommodation properly, first lift the door handle upwards and then lock the door.

Non-Smoking Accommodations

All accommodations are strictly non-smoking.

Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited. A €150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.

Barbecues

Barbecuing is permitted on the park.

• Only barbecues on a stand may be used.
• Guests must bring their own barbecue equipment.
• Please take appropriate safety precautions.

Open fires are strictly prohibited.

Parking

You may park your vehicle in the designated parking spaces near your accommodation.

Roads must remain clear at all times for emergency services.

Traffic Rules

For the safety of all guests:

• Maximum speed on the park is 10 km/h (walking pace).
• Please be aware of playing children.

Scooters and mopeds may not be ridden on the park grounds. They may only be pushed with the engine switched off.

Failure to comply may result in the barrier card being blocked.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the park.

The access code for your accommodation can be found in the refrigerator or one of the kitchen cupboards.

Free Wi-Fi is also available in the hospitality centre.

Electricity Supply

Each accommodation has a maximum electricity capacity of 16 amps.

Using multiple high-energy appliances simultaneously may cause the power supply to trip. Examples include:

• Kettle
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Electric heating appliances

We recommend not using these appliances at the same time.

Charging electric vehicles at the accommodation is not permitted.

Pets

Dogs are welcome at EuroParcs Limburg.

Please note:

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Dogs are not allowed on the beach, sunbathing areas, in the water, playgrounds, or sanitary facilities.
• Please walk your dog outside the park whenever possible.
• Clean up after your pet at all times.

Waste Disposal

Please separate your waste.

Containers are available for:

• Glass
• Paper
• General waste

The recycling area is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Used batteries can be disposed of at the supermarket.

Wet Wipes

Please do not flush wet wipes or moist toilet paper down the toilet, as the sewage system is not designed for this.

Fishing

Fishing is only permitted from the designated fishing piers located opposite the beach.

• Fishing is allowed between sunrise and sunset.
• Night fishing is not permitted.

Serious violations may result in removal from the resort.

Please also observe the following:

• Music and audio equipment may not be audible outside your accommodation.
• Do not leave rubbish outside your accommodation.
• Open fires are prohibited.

• Keep doors and windows locked when leaving your accommodation.

EuroParcs cannot be held liable for theft, loss, damage, injury, or accidents during your stay.

Quiet hours apply between:

11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

Alcohol and Drugs

• Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Violations will result in immediate removal from the park.
• Consumption of alcohol in public areas of the resort is not permitted.

Checking Your Accommodation

We recommend inspecting your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is complete and in good condition.

If you notice any issues with the inventory, cleanliness, or accommodation, please report them to reception as soon as possible so that we can resolve them quickly.

During Your Stay

If any damage, malfunction, or technical issue occurs during your stay, please notify reception immediately. Our team will do their best to assist you as quickly as possible.

• Wash the dishes and return them to their proper place

• Remove the bed linen from the beds and place it in a pillowcase
• Close all windows and doors
• Leave the accommodation clean and tidy

Our park has 4 charging stations with space for 8 cars. These charging stations are located in the general parking lot near the reception desk. 

For sandwiches and small groceries, visit our park shop at the reception desk. There is also a breakfast service, where breakfast is delivered to your accommodation. You can reserve this at the reception desk. 

Dogs are allowed on a leash in our holiday park. There is a special dog park where your four-legged friend can run around freely.

Poop bags and waste bins are available at the doggy bar next to the reception. There are also plenty of opportunities to walk your dog outside the park.

Our wellness center is accessible to guests aged 18 and older. Swimwear is mandatory. A time slot can be reserved at the reception desk. You can then use our infrared sauna, infusion sauna, Turkish steam bath, relaxation room, and salt cave.
