On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Arrival

Check in is possible from 16.00 o'clock.

Barriers

Please wait until the barrier is fully open before driving. The barriers work with an incoming and outgoing system. This means that you cannot use your barrier card for the same barrier twice in a row. Always use the main entrance and exit to leave or enter the resort by car.

Parking

You can park at your accommodation, only in the designated spaces. The roads must be free for emergency services. You will receive your access card upon arrival.

Traffic regulations

A maximum speed of 10 km/h (walking pace) applies on the entire premises. Please be considerate of children playing in the park. Do you break the rules? If so, we reserve the right to block your barrier card. Do you have a moped or scooter? You are not allowed to drive one in the park, but you can walk with the motor switched off.

Internet

The park has a large portion of WiFi. The catering center is also equipped with WiFi. Access codes for the WiFi in your accommodation can be found in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinet.

Pets

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed on the beach, on the lawn, in the water, in the playground or in the toilet buildings. Please walk your dog outside the park. Of course an accident can happen, but please clean it up.

Sanitary

The launderette is open from 08.00 to 22.00. Washing and drying tokens are for sale at the reception. A washing coin costs € 5.00 including detergent. Drying costs € 0.50 per 10 min (= 1 coin). For a full drum of laundry about 4 coins are needed.

Garbage

Please separate your waste (glass, paper and other). You can dispose of this in our recycling centre (open from 07.00 - 20.00). Spent batteries can be handed in at the supermarket.

Safety and nuisance

If you are inconvenienced by other guests, call 06 460 208 85 or if you cannot answer the phone, call 088 070 80 90.
Without a valid entry/exit card you will not have access to the park.

In case of nuisance you may be denied access to the resort. The sound of equipment must not be audible outside your own accommodation.

Keep the grounds clean. Do not leave your garbage at the accommodation, this attracts vermin.
Open fire is strictly prohibited inside and outside the accommodation. Will you be barbecuing? Then take appropriate safety measures. 

We are not liable for damage, theft, loss, injury or accident occurring during your stay.
Swimming is only allowed from the beach within the drift lines. There is no supervision in our swimming pool.

Night time rest on the park between applies 23:00 and 07:00. 

Use or possession of drugs is not allowed in the park. If found, this will result in a park ban. Consumption of alcohol in public areas is not allowed.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Unfortunately, our park does not have charging points for electric cars. Within 5 minutes of our park, there are 2 charging stations, one at Susteren station and one at the Mc Donalds in Echt.

Our holiday park has a washing machine and dryer. You can pay by PIN.

Barbecuing is allowed on our park on gas or electric; charcoal and open fire are not allowed. You can order complete barbecue packages via the EuroParcs app.

You can order your bread rolls from the supermarket and pick them up yourself. There is also a breakfast service, where breakfast is delivered to your accommodation.

The accommodation has a coffee filter machine as standard.

Fishing is allowed on the designated fishing jetties between sunrise and sunset. No fishing pass is required.

Dogs are allowed on a leash on the public road on the holiday park. There are doggy bags and waste bins available at the doggy bar next to reception. Outside the park, there are plenty of possibilities to walk with your dog.

Our wellness is open to guests aged 16 and over. Swimwear is compulsory. Admission is €15.00 per person for a block of 4.5 hours at a time. You can then use our infrared sauna, hot tub, Turkish steam bath, showers, relaxation area and salt cave.
